An Enrolled Agent is an individual who has demonstrated technical competence in the field of taxation. Only Enrolled Agents (EAs), attorneys, and Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) may represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service at all administrative levels.

Our members are tax professionals who provide the following tax services:

Tax Preparation:

Enrolled Agents provide tax preparation services to: individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, trusts, and any entity with tax reporting requirements. We are The Tax Professionals.

Taxpayer Representation:

Our members are not employees of the IRS, although some are former employees of the IRS. We handle any type of representation before the IRS for you, the taxpayer, and not for the IRS. Our services include: non-filers (failure to file a tax return), audit cases, Offers-In-Compromise, any kind of Notice or Levy, or any other problem(s) you may have with the IRS.
